Situated in mid Cornwall, with easy access to both the North and South coasts, offering the fishing villages of Mevagissey and Padstow to name just a few as well as many sandy beaches and coves. The area has a variety of attractions including The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lands End, the Lizard Peninsula and the popular towns and villages of Falmouth, St Ives and Charlestown with its shipwreck museum. In the evenings, visit one of the local pubs or enjoy a BBQ in the enclosed garden.
The accommodation is reached by a slight slope, alternative entrance on the level available, and offers ONE bedroom: with 6' king-size double which can be a twin on request. A cot and highchair are available on request, but will restrict room within the bedroom when used. Shower room: with large corner shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner effect electric fire, TV with Freeview. Kitchen area with electric cooker, small fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. French doors lead to the sun lounge with cane furniture, where you can watch the sun set over the distant horizon. Outside: enclosed lawn garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, electric and central heating included. 1 small/medium dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 7 miles, pub and shop 2.5 miles.
