The beaches of St Austell Bay are just 4 miles away with coastal paths winding along the cliffs down to stretches of sandy beach. In the winter this cosy and welcoming cottage enables you to enjoy Cornwall's many all-year-round activities, from breathtaking coastal walks to some of the most scenic golf courses in the country.
The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom with a luxurious king-size sleigh bed (situated down a few stairs) with TV and access to the private patio area. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is very well equipped and tastefully decorated including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge area has a TV and DVD with Freeview, a modern coal-effect gas fire and dining facilities, shower room with large power shower, instant heat lights and storage heater. The enclosed patio area is accessed via the bedroom and has seating and a BBQ with far-reaching views. Ample off-road parking.
