The city of Plymouth is approximately 25 minutes drive with its excellent shopping facilities, picturesque Barbican, Hoe and National Maritime Museum. Outstanding beaches on both the North and South coasts are well worth a visit and can be reached within 40 minutes. The area offers some of the county's most popular National Trust properties and gardens including Cotehele with its unusual trees and 18th century tower and Ken-Caro with its panoramic views and interesting planting throughout the year. The Eden Project is also well worth a visit and within easy reach.

Klondyke Barn has been thoughtfully renovated to include TWO bedrooms: 1 double with child's single and 1 twin bedroom. A family bathroom with shower over and WC, all situated on the first floor which is approached via an open-tread staircase with stairgate. The ground floor has slate flooring with a separate kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and separate utility with WC and washing machine. The open-plan lounge/diner has a lovely dining area with views over the valley, lounge with leather sofas, TV, DVD and Freeview. A sheltered patio area has seating and a BBQ, with a lawn and plenty of space for children to play or for adults to relax with a cool drink and absorb the countryside views. The underfloor heating provides a warm welcome in the cooler months. A welcome pack of local produce and free-range eggs awaits your arrival. Ample off-road parking.
