Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. There is much to see and do on the beautiful South Cornwall coast and walkers can enjoy plenty of routes direct from the cottage along the West Looe Valley. Lots to explore and enjoy such as: Deerpark Forest, The Eden Project, Fowey, Lanhydrock House and Golitha Falls, all are within easy access. Looe and Polperro are just a short drive and offer many restaurants and pubs, here you can also arrange day fishing trips. You will look forward to returning to your holiday home after a day’s adventures where you can sit and relax on the sunny patio with a glass of wine or enjoy a BBQ.
The property is newly converted and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 super-king with TV/DVD and en- suite shower room and WC. 1 king-size double which can be unzipped to make twin beds on request also with TV/DVD and en-suite with corner bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge: with SkyTV (full package), DVD, CD/radio and french doors leading outside. Kitchen/diner: well-fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer section, microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: with WC and washing machine.
