The local beach of Pentewan is only a 10 minute drive and the quaint old fishing village of Mevagissey is only 4 miles away, where there are many good restaurants, craft shops and pubs.

Butler's Cottage, formerly the servants' quarters, is set on two levels and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin room with WC. On the ground floor, lounge/diner with TV, DVD, video and Freeview. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The cottages share a garden with BBQ, garden furniture, children's play area and an external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
