Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Located just outside the hamlet of London Apprentice approximately 4 miles south of St Austell, you will be ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall where there are a wealth of popular attractions including The Eden Project, the Tall Ships at Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens to name but a few. The local beach of Pentewan is only a 10 minute drive and the quaint old fishing village of Mevagissey is only 4 miles away, where there are many good restaurants, craft shops and pubs.
