The local beach of Pentewan is only a 10 minute drive and the quaint old fishing village of Mevagissey is only 4 miles away, where there are many good restaurants, craft shops and pubs.

Cook's Cottage, formerly the servants' quarters, is set on two levels and offers ONE double bedroom. Shower room with WC. On the ground floor, lounge/diner with TV, DVD, video, Freeview and inglenook feature fireplace with a clome oven, kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The cottages share a garden with BBQ, garden furniture, children's play area and an external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
