Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Set in the picturesque Cornish countryside surrounded by meadows and a nearby stream, the property is perfect for couples who are looking to get away for a relaxing break and take advantage of its spacious and comfortable accommodation. The Eden Project is just 3 miles away and other attractions such as the Tall Ships at Charlestown and National Trust properties including Lanhydrock, Cothele and Trerice. The sandy beach of Fowey is within 7 miles, and several other beaches and fishing villages on the South coast are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. In the evenings, enjoy a BBQ on the patio in the garden, or eat out at the local pubs within 1 mile.
The accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: with king-size bed. Shower room: wet room style with heated towel rail and WC and tiled flooring. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD and comfortable seating. Kitchen: well-equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: lawn area and 2 patios to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, bathrobes, towels and underfloor heating included. Regret no babies or children. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach 7 miles, shops in Lostwithiel 3 miles, pub 1 mile (easy walk), riding stables and the Saints Way are nearby. Arrival 3pm.
