Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Stroll across two fields to reach the village pub which serves a range of food, or simply relax in the enclosed garden area with patio seating and decking. There are other lovely garden areas to enjoy. South Cornwall is one of the most beautiful areas of the West Country and you will be a short drive to many beaches, sheltered coves and fishing villages. There are attractions to suit most tastes and these include the National Trust property Lanhydrock House and Gardens, The Eden Project, Tall Ships and Charlestown, Lost Gardens Of Heligan, Bodmin Moor, Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name but a few. Farm activities: see calves in the fields, a miniature pony, watch the milking, collect chicken eggs as well as the owners kitchen garden with most vegetables and fruits available for guests. Outside: explore 35 acres of woodland, ideal for bird watching, with a large enclosed pond perfect for fishing. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Internet access available. Dogs by arrangement. Location: beach 4 miles, shop 2.5 miles and pub walking distance. The accommodation is the wing of the main house (LROLA) and can be booked together at the same time, cosy accommodation offering ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: large walk in shower, shaver point, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: well-equipped and spacious with TV, DVD, Freeview and electric fire.
