Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. AWARD WINNING COUNTRY PARK WITH SWIMMING POOL
This detached bungalow style holiday home is set within a small and private country park with the River Lynher running along the back of the property. The park received a David Bellamy award for conservation and the beautiful country setting is a haven for wildlife.
You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole area with some lovely long sandy surfing beaches less than 15 minutes drive. The historic city of Plymouth is five miles away and offers high street shops, cinema, theatre, The Hoe, Barbican and National Marine Aquarium. There are also a choice of gardens and historic houses to enjoy. In the evenings take a two minute stroll to the local pub which serves good food or simply relax on the private patio area with seating and BBQ. Leisure facilities: on site is a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool (pool open Whitsun until second week of September) and tennis court. Play facilities: children's play area.
