Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Situated on the sloped hillside less than 100 yards from the picturesque harbour of Mevagissey. With uninterrupted views across the harbour and out to sea, you will be in one of the village's best locations. Just a stone's throw from all the amenities within the village, including a range of traditional pubs, themed restaurants and a number of quaint gift shops and galleries. There is a small beach to enjoy and the golden sandy beaches of Pentewan and Gorran Haven are just three miles away in either direction. The regional town of Truro is a twenty minute drive and has a range of leisure activities and high street shops. You will also be well placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes being within a short drive and these include The Eden Project, Lost Gardens Of Heligan, The Tall Ships at Charlestown, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, and more.
The accommodation, which has harbour and town views from every room, is arranged over three floors and offers TWO bedrooms: on the second floor there is 1 double which is approached via 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: on the first floor with TV, DVD and Freeview. Dining room: on the ground floor with hi-fi. Kitchen: on the ground floor offers a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Outside: accessed from the lounge a sun trap enclosed patio area with seating. Small area to front of property to sit on deck chairs with views. Amenities: parking permit available at extra cost. Bed linen, electric and electric heating included. Regret no pets.
