Leisure facilities: as the only residents within the large grounds, you can explore at your leisure with a walk through woodlands or a picnic in the orchard or by the stream, as well as enjoying the indoor activities including badminton, football and table tennis which are available in the large dutch barn.
The accommodation offers SEVEN bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 feature double four-poster bed, 3 further doubles and 1 4'6" double and 1 small bunk bedroom. Downstairs one further small single (limited furniture in these rooms). Bathroom: with roll-top bath, shower cubicle and WC. Downstairs wet room style shower room with WC. Lounge: with seating for 8 people, woodburner, TV and DVD with additional lounge for 4 people with TV and PlayStation. Kitchen: farmhouse-style with range cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, leading to traditional dining room. Outside: enclosed garden. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Dogs welcome. Location: beach 9 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
