Located within the quiet hamlet of Harewood, within easy reach of the charming village of Calstock. A short walk from the train station with regular services into Plymouth, meander along the banks of the River Tamar taking in some of the estuary scenes, popular with all ages.

Plymouth offers a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs as well as an array of activities for young and old alike to enjoy, from the Theatre Royal, National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project and the historic Hoe to name but a few. The historic town of Tavistock, with its independent shops and ancient pannier markets is 7 miles away. Within easy reach to both the coast and moorland the property can be used as a great base for touring the whole of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: offers ample seating with flatscreen TV, DVD and SkyTV . Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. Outside: offers a large enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Use of owner's washing machine if required. Location: beach 12 miles, shop and pub 1 mile.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
