Situated in a truly idyllic position, these recently converted barns offer the perfect getaway. Simply enjoy the land with its variety of animals as well as the surrounding area with Bodmin Moor being only a 30 minute walk away. The friendly owners will be happy to show you the farming activities and animals and there are excellent farm walks from the cottages. Venture further afield and explore some of Cornwall's most dramatic coastline with some lovely sheltered coves and fishing villages, long sandy surfing beaches as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, Cotehele House, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, Lost Gardens of Heligan, magnificent Dartmoor, and Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican to name but a few. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the enclosed garden/patio area or visit one of many local pubs serving good food or play darts and pool in the games barn. Opening for May 2009 is the Farmhouse Kitchen-Tearoom providing occasional teas and traditional evening meals using fresh local produce as available. Wireless internet access and Sky TV in public lounge area.

Regret no smoking. 2 well behaved dogs welcome more by arrangement. £50 dog security deposit required payable on arrival, dogs are not to go upstairs at any time. Stabling available or dog sitting, kennelling and walking available on request. Warm dog washing facilities available (please provide own dog towels). Babysitting by arrangement. Beach 12 miles, shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles.
This lovely barn retains many original features and offers ONE double bedroom (that can also be a twin) with TV, approached via spiral stairs with balcony overlooking fields. Bathroom with WC. One very small bedroom with small childs single bed available on request. Kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Adjoining utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and downstairs shower room with WC. Lounge with woodburner, TV and video. Small enclosed garden with large kennel and run. Night storage heating included.
