Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. RURAL LOCATION SET WITHIN 4 ACRES
This recently refurbished wing of the main house is situated within 4 acres of grounds and is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall.
Enjoy some lovely countryside walks direct from the property and relax in the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings. There is a large choice of sandy beaches, sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore. Popular Mevagissey is a 15 minute drive and you can take a fishing trip or enjoy a meal overlooking the quaint harbour. There are attractions to suit all tastes close by and these include The Eden Project, Tall Ships at Charlestown, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Land's End, Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. In the evenings relax on your patio area with seating or stroll the grounds.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double upstairs. Shower room: downstairs with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen: equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave (regret no washing machine). Outside: patio area with seating and large grounds. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric/central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property and no pets. Location: beach 3 miles, pub and shop 1 mile.
