A quaint riverside apartment, situated in the peaceful village of Calstock, which can be accessed easily by train with its 9 daily services from Plymouth. Pubs, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Enjoy some lovely river walks that are ideal for dog owners or take a boat trip from your door to Morwellham, Cotehele, Bere Alston and Plymouth on your own vessel or hire a canoe or boat to spend the day exploring the river Tamar. Further afield visit the whole of Cornwall and Devon with some popular beaches and sheltered coves to suit all tastes as well as all year attractions.
Riverside View has TWO bedrooms: 1 double room and 1 with bunks. The studio-style lounge/diner/kitchen has a TV, DVD and Freeview, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Use of a sun terrace with gas BBQ and views over the river. Parking is free, a short level stroll from the apartment. Bed linen, electric and heating are included, heating is subject to a £25 per week charge from 1st October - 1st April, payable direct to the owner. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking inside the properties. Beach 12 miles, the local pub and shop are within a 2 minute walk. Shop open from 8am - 7pm, 7 days a week. Please note that the property is situated at the water's edge. Boats are available to hire on the quayside. |
