Situated in the small village of Lanreath, this pretty semi-detached cottage is within walking distance of the village shop and pub and is an excellent spot for walkers with plenty of routes from the cottage. The beautiful south coast is approximately 5 miles from the village where you can enjoy the breathtaking coastal path, fishing, diving and boat trips. The village has excellent access to the main routes to the north and south and many sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages can be found within a short drive.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double on the ground floor with a shower room with WC. On the first floor a child’s room with a 2’6” bunk bed. A cosy lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dining table. Washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility room (£2 per wash). A small enclosed lawn with seating and BBQ is situated at the front of the cottage and you are welcome to use other parts of the garden that are shared with the owner. Parking for 1 car on the drive. Bed linen, electric and night storage heating included. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Regret no smoking. Beach 5 miles, shop and pub within walking distance.
