Approached via a farm lane, The Chestnut Tree is a detached former dairy and hayloft that has recently been renovated to a high standard with a spacious open-plan living area set on the first floor to take advantage of the view over the neighbouring field where cattle sometimes graze. Guests are welcome to visit the farm and see various activities by arrangement. The exposed beams, traditional Cornish granite and comfortable farmhouse style of the conversion creates a perfect retreat. Just 3 miles away you will find The Eden Project and other attractions such as Luxulyan Valley and Viaduct, the Tall Ships at Charlestown and many National Trust properties. The sandy beach of Par and the bays of St Austell are within 5 miles. Numerous other beaches on the South coast are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on the patio in the garden or eat out at one of the local pubs within 1.5 miles.
The Chestnut Tree offers lovely traditional features and TWO bedrooms: 1 large double with en-suite shower and WC, 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, all situated downstairs.
