"Moorings" is perfectly situated, nestled within the heart of Lostwithiel , an ancient stannary town and capital of Cornwall. It is easily accessible tucked away in a dreamy valley just off the A30. This town house is set in Brunel Quays, an award winning development on the banks of the picturesque river Fowey. The property has to be seen to be believed, having all the character and charm one associates with Cornwall but with all the comfort and style of contemporary living.

It's stunning location enables easy access to train and road for visits to many of the sights the county has to offer, from the breathtaking rugged scenery of the Lizard and Lands End to the picturesque harbour of Fowey with its winding streets and boutique shops. The moorings contemporary accommodation is set over 4 floors with three bedrooms. There is a fine attention to detail and the accommodation is welcoming, extremely stylish and very practical. Entering the light hallway one finds good storage baskets conveniently positioned for walking boots and shoes. The study/lounge invites you to leave your cares behind and sink into leather sofas and enjoy a game or read in front of the fire, you can watch the flat screen TV complete with free view or simply enjoy looking out through the French doors, where a modest patio with garden furniture enables you to enjoy your riverside experience. The first floor is the perfect area for socializing, with an opulent L-shaped sofa making the most of the river views through the large balcony doors, there is also another flat screen TV so families with children have two areas to relax in. The kitchen/diner leads seamlessly from the lounge area and has been treated with the same attention to detail as the rest of this unique property, offering integrated cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer (and washer/drier in adjoining utility cloakroom). The dining area has ample seating with views across the old railway station and out over rolling countryside.

The second floor master bedroom is light and very comfortable with en-suite shower and dressing room. The second "New England "inspired double bedroom also on this floor has use of the main bathroom.
