"Moorings" is perfectly situated, nestled within the heart of Lostwithiel, an ancient capital of Cornwall and stannary town. It is easily accessible, tucked away in a dreamy valley just off the A30. This town house is set in Brunel Quays, an award winning development on the banks of the picturesque river Fowey. The property has to be seen to be believed, having the character and charm one associates with Cornwall but with all the comfort and style of contemporary living.

Its good location enables easy access to train and road for visits to many of the sights the county has to offer, from the rugged cliffs of the lizard to the picturesque harbour of Fowey with its great fish restaurants. The Eden Project, The National Trust's Lanhydrock house and numerous beaches are all nearby. Lostwithiel itself has much to offer, boasting a fine 11th century Castle, 12thC.Church and beautiful 13thC bridge. The first floor is the perfect area for socializing, the L-shaped sofa making the most of the river views through large balcony doors, there is also another flatscreen TV so families with children have two areas to relax in. The kitchen/diner leads seamlessly from the lounge area and has been treated with the same attention to detail as the rest of this property, offering integrated cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer (and washer/drier in adjoining utility cloakroom).The dining area has ample seating with views across the old railway station and out over rolling countryside. The second floor master bedroom suite is light and very comfortable with shower and dressing room, the other double bedroom also on this floor has use of the main bathroom.
