You will be close to The Eden Project (3 miles), The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Bodmin Moor with its picturesque lakes and many National Trust properties and gardens, Newquay Zoo and Aquarium. The beaches of St Austell Bay, including the historic port of Charlestown with its tall ships, are just 5 miles away with coastal paths winding along the cliffs down to stretches of sandy beach. The surrounding area is mainly farmland with cattle and sheep sometimes grazing in adjacent fields and chickens wandering the grounds.
The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 singles and 2 doubles, one of which offers an en-suite shower room and WC. Large lounge/diner with 42" LCD TV, Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility area with washer/dryer and sink. Large family bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and WC. Seating area at the front of the property offering BBQ. Enclosed patio area with far-reaching views of Helman Tor. Field space available. A lovely welcome pack including wine, milk, eggs, bread, etc on arrival. Ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included.
