The area has much to offer, houses, gardens, walking, cycling and golf. The spectacular coastline holds many treasures including the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey, with shops and restaurants, small cove of Portmellon and spectacular Chapel Point. The Lost Gardens of Heligan just 3 miles and The Eden Project is nearby. Truro is just 11 miles away with good shopping and restaurants, the rugged North coast is also easily reached.
The spacious, inviting accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with french doors overlooking the courtyard, en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD, radio/CD, electric convector heating and woodburner (logs included), comfortable sofa, french doors, dining table and chairs. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Use of owner's washing machine by arrangement. Outside: 2 seating areas, a gravelled area behind the barn and a small enclosed patio garden off the main courtyard. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included, energy supplement £20 per week from October to April inclusive, payable to the owner on arrival. Regret no smoking or pets.
