These attractive courtyard cottages are set within 55 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, well away from roads, yet just a short distance from the beautiful south coast and traditional fishing ports of Looe and Polperro. The courtyard cottages are complimented by carp fishing lakes, scenic walks and a range of accommodation including the imposing manor house and a rural caravan and camping park. Tregoad Park cottages are the ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxing out of season break, or a fun filled family high season holiday. Shared facilities onsite include: an outdoor heated pool, games room with pool, air hockey and video games, a children’s play park and a family shop (all open from Whitsun to the end of September). There is also a bar, mini cinema and hot food takeaway which is open at Easter, Whitsun, summer school holidays and autumn half term. At all other times Tregoad is a quiet retreat for some well earned rest and relaxation. Whilst at Tregoad Park you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline with its string of sandy beaches and eclectic mix of shops, taverns, eateries and attractions dotted around this exceptional part of the county. The lively city of Plymouth and the new Drake shopping centre are only 30 minutes drive away and access to St Austell, Bodmin and the famous Eden Project and Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach.
The cottages are set in a pretty enclosed courtyard with oak and granite lintels, leaded windows, stone reveals and slate window sills. The interiors have been furnished and equipped to a high standard with country pine furnishings and oak flooring in the living areas. Guests will have use of the shared enclosed courtyard with seating and seasonal facilities. Ample parking. Bed linen and electric are included. Regret no pets or smoking please. Beach, shop and pub 1.5 miles. Arrival time 4pm.
The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower and WC, Lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, fan-assisted oven, electric hob and dishwasher. (The cot fits into the lounge/kitchen/diner only).
