The cottage is situated on the owners DIY livery where you are welcome to bring your own horses and make use of the full-size outdoor sand school and good clean facilities (payable to the owner on arrival). Kitchen: with foldaway dining table and stools, cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Regret no washing machine (launderette within 2.5 miles) Outside: small decked area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking.
