Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. BRING YOUR HORSES, DIY LIVERY ON SITE, 32 ACRES OF LAND WITH FOOTPATHS
This cosy detached cottage is ideally situated in the heart of Cornwall, thus making any part of the county within easy reach. It is situated 7 miles from the bays of St Austell and The Eden Project on the south coast and, on the north coast 9 miles from the renowned surfing beaches of Newquay. Set in an ideal location in the village of St Dennis, just 1 mile away from a Spar shop, take-away and pub. The village of Nanpean is 2.5 miles away with a take-away and pub. Couples looking for that quiet getaway will be very comfortable in this compact but well-equipped cottage suitable for touring the whole of Cornwall. Make good use of footpaths and walk the 32 acres to see and hear various wildlife and meet the resident ponies and horses. Stabling: the cottage is situated on the owners DIY livery where you are welcome to bring your own horses and make use of the full-size outdoor sand school and good clean facilities (payable to the owner on arrival).
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double situated on the first floor. Shower room: with WC situated downstairs, off the kitchen. Lounge: situated on ground floor with TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: with foldaway dining table and stools, cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Regret no washing machine (launderette within 2.5 miles). Outside: small decked area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and panel heating included. 2 small dogs by arrangement. Location: pub and shop 1 mile, beach 7 miles.
