Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This historic fishing village is only about 1 mile away and can be reached by walking over the owner's land and down a country lane to Polperro, which is a breathtaking walk, or alternatively a short drive will bring you into the village. There’s lots to do in this friendly village which offers quaint pubs, good restaurants and cafés serving locally caught seafood and a variety of stores including art galleries and gift shops. It also offers many tourist attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village, along with a wealth of historic sites. Outside: shared lawn area with picnic tables and room to kick a ball at the front. Amenities: all the properties have ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: beach, pub and shop 1 mile. Upside-down accommodation offering ONE bedroom: double, an additional single bed can be added on request. Bathroom: with electric shower over corner bath, heated towel rail and WC.
