In the older part of town, the property is ideal for those wanting peace and tranquillity yet being just a 10 minute walk to the bustling quayside for fishing and sightseeing trips, a variety of galleries and shops, family pubs and restaurants as well as lovely walks along the coastline. Looe itself also benefits from having a railway station. In the evenings relax in the private rear lawn areas on different levels with patio and seating or enjoy the fantastic views from the front patio at seemingly the same level as a variety of birds. The area also has many attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, Lands End, Flambards Theme Park to name but a few.
