Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. COMFORTABLE COTTAGE ON WORKING DAIRY FARM
The cottage name which is Cornish for "Happy Dwelling" is an excellent holiday destination for the family wishing to sample life down on the farm. The cottage adjoins the farmhouse and offers countryside views from the lawn garden.
Only 1 mile from Constantine, you can walk the peaceful footpaths along the northern bank of the Helford River. Visit the tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan and the golden sands of Maenporth Beach. The village boasts a good selection of local stores and a pub. Farm activities: guests can watch, in wonder, the cows being milked and fed and can be introduced to the farm dog.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: with hairdryers and clock radios, 1 double and 1 twin both on the first floor. Bathroom: situated on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD, CD and open fire. Kitchen: with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Excellent views from the cottage. Outside: steps up to a lawn garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. Dogs welcome. Additional info: cream tea on arrival. Location: beach approximately 5 miles, pub and shops 2 miles. Footpath across the farmland to the village and country pub. Arrival: 3pm.
