This charming traditional character cottage offers TWO bedrooms; 1 cosy double room and 1 spacious twin, with family wet room and WC, and all situated on the first floor, reached via steep cottage-style stairs. The lounge area enjoys many character features including original granite fireplace with woodburner, and offers comfy seating with flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview. The painstakingly restored kitchen/diner has had every minor detail thought of with handmade bespoke traditional style units, offering range cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The large enclosed garden enjoys a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, with the lawn backing onto one of the Helford’s tributaries (please note the neighbouring property has right of access through the garden).
