Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

QUAINT COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF THE DESIRABLE VILLAGE OF GWEEK

Enjoying a central location within the well-known village of Gweek, which offers local shops and pubs as well as the picturesque historic harbour and Seal Sanctuary, a stone's throw away.

If you can tear yourself away from this charming village location, a host of walks can be enjoyed from your front door along the Helford, taking in this unspoilt landscape and wildlife. The cottage is a great base to explore this unique peninsula, taking in The Lizard and its awe inspiring coastal views, and the popular destinations of Lands End, St Ives and Falmouth. The area is littered with National Trust properties and attractions such as Flambards Adventure Park, St Michael's Mount and many more.

This charming traditional character cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 cosy double and 1 spacious twin. Bathroom: wet room with WC. All situated on the first floor, reached via steep cottage-style stairs. Lounge: has many character features including original granite fireplace with woodburner, and offers comfy seating, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with handmade bespoke traditional style units, range cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ, with the lawn backing onto one of the Helford's tributaries (please note the neighbouring property has right of access through the garden). Amenities: roadside parking is usually available outside the property. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating included October-April. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Location: beach 6 miles, river, shop and pub within walking distance.
