Situated down a private lane with 2 other cottages and a neighbouring barn, this property has been well converted and promotes comfort and character within the scheme of the interior, with features such as exposed Cornish granite and beamed ceilings.

An idyllic spot for a family holiday being close to the Helford River, Port Navas, Gweek and the sub tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are a short distance. For those looking for sand and sea, the unspoilt Lizard Peninsula with its scenic coast paths, dramatic seascapes coves and sleepy villages is not far away. The beaches of Poldhu, Polurrian and Kynance are stunningly beautiful at any time of the year and offer the usual seaside activities.

Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. Dogs welcome. Additional info: cream tea on arrival. Location: beach approximately 7 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.

The barn has THREE bedrooms: all have wall mounted TVs and radios and hairdryers, 1 double with en-suite shower room and 2 twin rooms. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with large feature fireplace, TV/DVD, portable CD. Kitchen/diner: equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: enclosed lawn area and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: electric heating included.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
