Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

LOVELY RIVER VIEWS A SHORT STROLL TO FALMOUTH AND PENRYN SLEEPS 8+2

This lovely grade 2 listed farmhouse offers lovely river views and is a 15 minute walk to both Falmouth and Penryn. Built in 1420 the property retains much original charm and character with low doorways from 17th century and terracotta and flagstone floors.

Offering spacious accommodation, it is perfect for those wanting activities nearby. Falmouth, with its numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, Pendennis Castle, National Marine Museum, beaches, galleries, parks and boat trips. Explore Cornwall with something for everyone including long sandy surfing beaches, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Flambards Theme Park, The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Other gardens within a 20 minute drive and well worth a visit include Trebah, Trelissick and Glendurgan, all particularly beautiful during the Festival of Spring Gardens. The property has a walled entrance and offers 2 garden areas to relax in and enjoy the river views.

On the outskirts of Falmouth, the accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with mixer shower and WC, 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 2 twins. Mezzanine gallery games area with 2 single futons ideal for children/teenagers. Bathroom: with mixer shower and WC. Separate shower room with WC downstairs. Lounge: lovely room downstairs with open fire, TV and DVD. Dining room: with wooden floors. Kitchen/breakfast room: well-equipped with range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Utility room: with tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed gardens (top garden not suitable for unsupervised children). Amenities: ample parking through low, narrow gateway with steep drive. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi and landline available. 1 dog welcome, further by arrangement. Location: beach 2 miles, shop and pub within a 10 minute walk. Arrival: 4pm.
