With views across the lovely Cornish countryside, this popular detached barn conversion is close to the surfing, sandy beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan. Enjoy a BBQ or relax in the hot tub on the patio overlooking the enclosed garden and surrounding fields. The games room is well equipped with table tennis/darts, body boards, etc. A stroll along country lanes will take you to the coastal path and local tram lines lead to the village across beautiful countryside. A perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall, there are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Sealife Centre and more. In the evenings visit the many pubs and restaurants close by.
The accommodation, which is arranged on one floor, offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Large lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, video, DVD, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. External utility with tumble dryer. Suntrap patio with seating, hot tub and fenced garden area with small children's playframe. First £10 for the hot tub is included and swimming towels are available to hire from the owner. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Long sandy beach, shops and pub are all at Porthtowan 1.5 miles, restaurant with bar 0.5 miles. Arrival time 3pm. £50 security deposit payable to owner on arrival. |
