The accommodation, which is arranged on one floor, offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan area with TV, DVD. Kitchen area with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Utility room: tumble dryer (for which there is an extra charge) and a chest freezer are located in the external utility. Outside: suntrap patio with seating, hot tub and fenced garden area with small children's playframe. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: first £10 for the hot tub is included and swimming towels are available to hire from the owner. £50 security deposit payable to owner on arrival.
