SET WITHIN 112 ACRES WITH CATTLE AND VIEWS OVER THE HELFORD RIVER
Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall, this spacious wing of the farmhouse has delightful views from some rooms to the nearby Helford River and Falmouth Bay. With the same family taking bookings since the 1930s (see visitor book), this part of the farmhouse is self-contained with its own entrance away from the farmyard. Visit us in May and June when the hedgerows are at their most colourful, explore the many local gardens and enjoy watching the bird life. You are welcome to explore the land or take the 0.5 mile walk to the pretty cove at Gillan with its shingle beach and safe bathing. Opposite Gillan Cove is St Anthony, where boats of various sizes and windsurfs can be hired. There are idyllic walks along coastal paths or down the lanes through peaceful hamlets. You will also be a short drive to a wealth of popular attractions which include Flambards, Goonhilly Earth Station, Lands End and The Gweek Seal Sanctuary.
