Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

SUPERB SEA VIEWS OVERLOOKING FALMOUTH HARBOUR 

A semi-detached house, perfectly situated in a secluded position and only a stone's throw away from the heart of Falmouth and its famous sandy beaches with secluded coves. It is approached via several external stone steps allowing you to take full advantage of the spectacular sea and harbour views.

Falmouth is the third largest deep-water harbour in the world, the traditional gateway to the Atlantic and one of the world's great sailing harbours, which regularly celebrate through regattas and festivals. The clear water, sheltered creeks and mild temperatures of the Fal estuary provide a relaxing place in which to spend an afternoon discovering the area. With so much to offer you will be spoilt for choice, a charming mix of shops, art galleries, cafés and restaurants with a selection of both world and local cuisine to taste. Or while the sun sets, relax in the front courtyard and indulge in a BBQ overlooking the marvellous sea views.

The accommodation is located in a private position overlooking Falmouth harbour and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 spacious double with sea views, 1 further double and 1 bunk bedroom with sea views, all with built-in wardrobes. Bathroom: with bath, separate shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge: with sea views, TV, Freeview, DVD and fireplace with feature coal effect gas fire. Dining room: leading off the lounge is a spacious area with dining table which can be transformed into a billiards table. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, leading out onto a private enclosed courtyard with seating. Outside: at the front of the property is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, overlooking the spectacular harbour and beyond. Amenities: roadside parking is just a short walk away via several steep, uneven, stone steps. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Location: beach, shops and pubs all within walking distance.
