Bathroom: with bath, separate shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge: with sea views, TV, Freeview, DVD and fireplace with feature coal effect gas fire. Dining room: leading off the lounge is a spacious area with dining table which can be transformed into a billiards table. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, leading out onto a private enclosed courtyard with seating. Outside: at the front of the property is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, overlooking the spectacular harbour and beyond. Amenities: roadside parking is just a short walk away via several steep, uneven, stone steps. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets.
