Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. 3 NEW BARN CONVERSIONS, 100 ACRE CATTLE AND ARABLE FARM, GAMES ROOM The farm is tucked away in a rural position close to the idyllic Helford River and just 6 miles from the bustling town of Helston. Ideally situated midway between Falmouth and Penzance. The breathtaking coastline around the Lizard Peninsula is a short drive away, offering fine sandy beaches and picturesque walks.
All the barns have been well-converted and furnished to provide a comfortable surrounding in which to relax and unwind. Play facilities: on site there is a trampoline. Games room: with a table tennis and pool table. Outside: they all have their own private patios with garden furniture which then lead onto a shared grassed area. Amenities: ample parking available outside each property. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Tea towels provided. No smoking and no pets. Location: Flambards Theme Park 6 miles, horse riding 7 miles, beaches 5 miles, pub and shop 0.5 mile. Arrival: 4pm. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room with WC, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: bath with hand held shower attachment and WC. Lounge: with TV, Freeview, DVD and electric fire. Kitchen/diner: large with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table and French doors. Outside: private patio with seating.
