This delightful detached cottage is approached via a long private driveway and is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with popular beaches being a short drive away. Truro itself offers pubs, shops, theatre, cinema and restaurants. Other attractions close by include The Eden Project, Newquay Sealife Centre, Flambards Theme Park, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the lovely mature garden or a glass of wine in the quaint summerhouse.
The traditional cottage has many original features such as low beamed ceilings and doorways in some rooms. THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Downstairs bathroom with shower over and WC. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. External utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge with TV, video, DVD, and woodburner (first basket of logs free). Dining room. Enclosed garden. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating extra £25 per week or £4 per day. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking in the cottage.
