Polrose and Kerley cottages are wings of a 300 year old farmhouse on a dairy farm. Polrose Farm has been providing family holiday accommodation for many years and these two simple farm cottages remain with original and quaint features. Situated on a farm, you will be able to get away from hustle and bustle and enjoy simple living. The cottages are ideally located for touring Cornwall, being central to many of the attractions including The Eden Project, Flambards, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Newquay Sea Life Centre, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Lands End, numerous National Trust properties or simply relax in large enclosed gardens and see the milking or calves being fed. The friendly owners have excellent knowledge of the local area and there are plenty of picturesque fishing villages and beaches for sunbathers, surfers and sandcastle makers. It is situated on the outskirts of the village of Chacewater 5 miles from Truro, 10 miles from Falmouth, 5 miles St Agnes and Perranporth. Shop and pub less than a mile, the city of Truro is an ideal shopping centre. Visit the Cathedral and Hall for evening events. Walking and cycle hire nearby.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double leading through to 1 twin bedroom on the first floor approached by cottage stairs. On the ground floor a small kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Lounge/diner with TV and large original natural stone fireplace with an ample supply of logs. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Dogs by arrangement.
