Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Situated on over 30 acres of farmland, this newly converted barn is conveniently nestled between the traditional Cornish seaside villages of Portreath and Porthtowan, and offers a true experience of Cornwall right from your doorstep. The Mineral Tramway is located within walking distance, where you can walk or cycle on what were the working rail tracks that carried tin and copper to the ancient quays at Devoran or the harbour at Portreath. With the beach just over a mile away and local pubs within walking distance, you will find yourself in the perfect surroundings for a relaxing break where you can meet the resident farm animals or unwind after a day touring Cornwall in the enclosed patio area.
Amenities: allocated off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels and central heating included. No smoking in the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome, dogs to be kept on a lead due to livestock behind the cottages. Location: shop 1.5 miles, pub walking distance, beach just over 1 mile away.
The accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: with double bed and a built in wardrobe. Shower room: wet room-style with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan, lounge with TV and DVD, kitchen area has cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Outside: patio area with BBQ and seating.
