Lands End

With awe-inspiring cliff top scenery and spectacular views to Longships and Wolf Rock lighthouses, Lands End, mainland Britain’s most westerly point, is the most visited outdoor attraction in Cornwall. Here 200 ft high granite cliffs jut out of the Atlantic Ocean. On a clear day it is even possible to see the Isles of Scilly some 28 miles away.

There are spectacular cliff walks north of Lands End to the shining white beaches of Sennen and Gwenver, good for surfing, and to the south are the crescent bays with turquoise waters of Porth Chapel and Porthcurno. Porthcurno is home to the magical open-air theatre. Eastwards is Cape Cornwall an area rich in minerals and wildlife. On the moors behind Lands End are the remains of Neolithic burial chambers and along the coastline lie the visible remains of Iron Age cliff castles.

Visit the theme park – Lands End – The Legendary Destination with 6 superb attractions that bring tales of heroism, skulduggery and adventure.
