There are also patio areas with BBQs for each property. Being in this excellent location you will find a pub and shop just 2 miles away. A collection of excellent beaches are a short while away including Porthleven (8 miles), Gwithian and St Ives (8- 10 miles). Many attractions that are well worth a visit and very close by include The National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards and The Paradise Park wildlife sanctuary.

Each of the properties are named after one of the family's pedigree herds. There is ample parking. Bed linen and electric are included. Towels for hire. A shared laundry is situated adjacent to the barns housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Delicious homemade meals can be provided by arrangement with the owner. Beach 8 miles. Pub and shop 2 miles.

Marconi Barton offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC, 1 further double and 1 twin bedroom. A family bathroom is also situated on the first floor. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is tastefully decorated and has a real-effect woodburner, TV and DVD with leather sofas and wooden flooring. The dining area leads through into the well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A WC with handbasin is also situated on the ground floor. An extra charge of £20 for central heating is payable direct to the owner from end of September to April. 2 dogs welcome. No smoking.
