A shared laundry is situated adjacent to the barns housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Delicious homemade meals can be provided by arrangement with the owner. Beach 8 miles. Marconi Barton offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC, 1 further double and 1 twin bedroom. A family bathroom is also situated on the first floor. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is tastefully decorated and has a real-effect woodburner, TV and DVD with leather sofas and wooden flooring. The dining area leads through into the well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A WC with handbasin is also situated on the ground floor. An extra charge of £20 for central heating is payable direct to the owner from end of September to April. 2 dogs welcome. No smoking.
