Situated in the charming town of St Just (the most Westerly in England), you can enjoy a stroll to one of the five public houses in the evenings or partake in a game of golf at the Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa. West Cornwall is laced with a network of footpaths that can be explored along with a variety of steep cliffs, gentle bays and harbours.

The open-plan accommodation is approached through the enclosed lawned garden with patio and seating. Entering into this contemporary space, with polished maple flooring, you will find a well-equipped maple kitchen area with an electric oven and gas hob, a fridge with ice compartment, and a dining area. Use of the owner's washing machine. Two black leather recliners and footstools offer a truly relaxing stay with a flat LCD TV and DVD. The super king-size designer bed (a creation of the owner) has a black inlay detail and can slide apart to create a set of twin beds. The detail carries through to the sliding door of the shower room with WC and the spacious wardrobe/storage area. The private garden consists of a paved seating area and lawn. Parking in the village car park is free and approximately 200 yards walk, unloading near the property. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. No smoking or pets inside the property. Regret not suitable for babies or small children. Pubs, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
