This delightful apartment occupies part of a magnificent listed work house that is steeped in history and character. Refurbished to a high standard to provide a comfortable and spacious retreat for those wanting a central location to enjoy the sights of Cornwall.

Situated on top of a hill on the edge of the city where it backs on to fields and country lanes that lead to the pretty riverside villages of Malpas and St Clements. From Malpas you can take the ferry down the beautiful river Fal, past Tregothnan Estate and Trelissick to St Mawes and Falmouth. The popular north and south coast beaches are only 30 minutes away, or stay closer to home and visit our nearest beach, at Feock, where you can sail or relax in the beach cafe. In the evenings enjoy a 10 minute walk to the city centre with a theatre, cinema and plenty of recommended restaurants to try.

The apartment offers ONE bedroom: spacious double with feature fireplace and en-suite shower room with WC located on the first floor. Lounge: situated on the ground floor with TV and DVD. Kitchen: galley style with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and granite work surfaces. Utility room: separate room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
