SITUATED IN 11 ACRES, WITH HORSES AND GRASS MEADOWS 

The cottage is situated in a world heritage area and is ideally placed for touring Cornwall with many beaches being within a short distance. This semi-detached cottage is approached via a long private drive surrounded by grass meadows and has been completely renovated to provide a romantic holiday retreat. You will be within a 5 minute walk of the Cornish village of Lanner which offers a village shop, Post Office, fish and chip shop and a couple of popular pubs. Within the surrounding area, which itself is very peaceful, there is much to see and do with Carn Brea Castle, World Heritage Centre, fishing lake, cycle paths and many National Trust properties and gardens all close by. A 45 minute drive will also bring you to the Eden Project.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size bed with TV, separate dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: cosy room with TV, DVD, fold-out dining table and traditional woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen: with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Utility room: with separate WC. Outside: lawn area, with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, heating and wi-fi included. Central heating upstairs only. 1 dog welcome, further by arrangement. Location: beach 4 miles, shop and pub walking distance.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
