Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

UNRIVALLED SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS, JUST A STONES THROW FROM THE TOWN CENTRE OF FALMOUTH

This traditional semi-detached house is perfectly positioned above Falmouth harbour where you can observe all the yachts and boats from the comfort of the living room.

Falmouth is a traditional Cornish town, famous for its magnificent harbour which is the third largest natural harbour in the world. The town's shopping streets, which are just off the waterfront with links to the harbour, are just a few minutes walk away. The town offers a charming mix of shops and galleries, with cafés and restaurants offering a wide selection of local cuisine. Also within walking distance are sandy beaches offering safe, crystal clear waters, water sports and secluded coves perfect for families. If you fancy a day out then why not visit The National Maritime Museum or Pendennis Castle both located in Falmouth. For the more adventurous, why not take a family trip to Flambards Theme Park which is only 12 miles away.

The accommodation is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom (both with spectacular sea views) and 1 twin room. Wet room: with shower and WC. Lounge: with wonderful views, TV, Freeview and DVD. Dining room: leading into the kitchen with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: from the kitchen there is a door leading out to the enclosed suntrap yard with furniture and BBQ, accessed via a few steps which are not toddler friendly. A washing machine is enclosed in the back yard. Amenities: reserved off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach, shops and pubs all within walking distance.
