Each barn has its own parking and outside area. The farm nestles in countryside on the outskirts of Hayle with its shops, pubs, harbour and restaurants 3 miles away.

The golden sands of Hayle provide 3 miles of safe beach, ideal for bathing and surfing. On the other side of the bay, St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate and many restaurants. A short drive will take you to the south coast where you can visit the town of Penzance, with its long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, with spectacular scenery to enjoy on your way. For the family, The Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Hayle and Flambards Theme Park, The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary are all within a short drive. Locally a golf course, fishing, country skittles and riding stables can be found. Fishing: Treemeadow Trout Fishery, 0.7 miles from property and BK Fisheries in St. Erth, 1.9 miles from property.

Games facilities: shared children's play area. Amenities: ample parking, bed linen, towels, electric, heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 medium sized dog welcome (we regret dogs can not be accepted during school summer holidays). Location: beach 3 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 1.5 miles.

Spacious single-storey accommodation with its own driveway and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master king-size with TV with freeview and en-suite shower room and WC, 1 further double with TV and Freeview and 1 twin with TV and Freeview. Bathroom: with modern double-ended bath, separate quadrant shower and WC. Lounge: with open beams and solid oak flooring, large carthouse door to patio, ornamental granite fireplace, Freeview TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped and fully integrated with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: private hot tub, 2 patio areas with seating and BBQ. Amenities: central heating. Arrival: 4pm. 

Dogs are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
