This attractive farmhouse wing is set in glorious Cornish countryside, at the end of a long driveway on a working cattle farm, just 2 miles away from Mullion. The farmland borders onto an area of marshland, one of the largest reed beds in Europe, and a site of special scientific interest. Mullion is a large popular village on the Lizard Peninsula with an array of shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, craft shops, art galleries and a 15th century church. You will also be positioned just a short distance away from the beautiful Mullion Cove, which has a pretty working harbour. There are many local attractions around the area that provide something for everyone’s taste, along with lots of sandy beaches and sheltered coves dotted along the coastline, the closest being the popular Poldhu Cove which is only 1.5 miles away.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 double. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner with a traditional open fire, TV and video. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a large grassed garden and a games barn with pool table, dartboard and table football. Ample parking. Bed linen, electric, first bag of coal and night storage heating included.
