Set in a third acre of secluded gardens with a large enclosed swimming pool this tastefully furnished detached dormer bungalow is less than 2.5 miles from the beautiful Helford Estuary which offers wonderful wildlife and scenery and is also a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Fringes is also close to a wide selection of sandy beaches and coves including Poldhu Cove, Church Cove, Kynance Cove and Kennack Sands to name but a few. As well as this, there are many attractions to be enjoyed including Flambards Theme Park, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Newquay Sealife Centre, Merlins Magicland, RNAS Culdrose viewing enclosure, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Minack Theatre, Poldarks Mines, Goonhilly Earth Station, Paradise Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Lands End, numerous National Trust properties and only 25 miles from The Eden Project. The very popular Flora Day is also held in May, with traditional celebrations and street dancing. Enjoy some delightful country walks directly from the property as well as relaxing in the large gardens and enjoying the swimming pool which is exclusively for guests. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs all serving good food or relax in the conservatory with a glass of wine.

The accommodation, which has distant views of nearby Mounts Bay, is extremely spacious and well furnished and offers THREE bedrooms: master double bedroom with dual entrance en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC and 2 twin bedrooms, one being downstairs. Separate WC downstairs. Well-equipped newly fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and many useful extras. Dining room. Large lounge with open fire, piano, TV and video (large selection of films included) leading to the conservatory with seating overlooking the large garden and swimming pool. Garden furniture and gas BBQ. Stabling can be provided at the owner's nearby property. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating an extra £10 per night. Dogs by arrangement. Pub and shop approximately 0.5 mile, Eden Project approximately 25 miles. Please do not arrive before 4pm. £75 security deposit payable to owners on arrival. Family groups preferred.
