Approached via a private drive and set within a courtyard of barns and cottages including the owner’s home, which is adjacent and you are also welcome to explore the land. An ideal position for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit adults and children alike which include Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Falmouth Marina and Aquarium, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens and many miles of magnificent coastline to wander and explore. Enjoy some pleasant walks from the land to the nearby lake which is a 3 minute walk and renowned for its coarse fishing and offers a children's play area. Payment is by way of an honesty box at the lake. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the garden or visit one of the many local family pubs serving good food.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and internet connection included. 1 small dog by arrangement with owners (dogs accepted October - March, regret not at other times). Location: beach 4 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
The upside down accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 small double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: upstairs and large with TV, Freeview, DVD, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: steps down to private garden and patio area.
