Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

This unique and spacious 18th century house is situated in a wonderful location between two quays, the famous Custom House Quay and King Charles Quay. It is a few minutes walk to all amenities. The house has lovely sea and estuary views from all the windows where you can see the many yachts, tall ships and fishing boats coming and going from the nearby harbour and marina.

Relax in the large bright sitting room enjoying the stunning views across the estuary or enjoy the many attractions which Falmouth has to offer which includes restaurants, family pubs, specialist shops, art galleries, National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, wide sandy beaches and coves, leisure and fishing trips all a short walk away. The house, recently renovated to a high standard, is the perfect destination for holidays all year round with so much to see and do. Falmouth is the perfect spot for touring the whole of Cornwall, you are a short drive to Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, the North Cornish Coast, Flambards Theme Park , Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project to name but a few.

The three storey accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: all with lovely water views, on the second floor 1 double with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room, 1 twin with TV/DVD and en-suite with shower over bath and WC, 1 single with en-suite shower room and separate WC. On the ground floor 1 double with TV/DVD and en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: large room on first floor with seating, 40" TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and dining area. Kitchen: fitted and well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. Cloakroom with WC on the ground floor. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: parking for 2 cars adjacent to the property. Bed linen and electric included. Central heating is an extra £50 per week from 1 October to 30 May. Towels for hire. Pets by arrangement. Additional info: £200 security deposit is payable locally to the owner on arrival. Location: beach, shops, pubs, restaurants and multi-screen cinema all within walking distance.
