This eclectic and intriguing annexe is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall and offers fantastic sea views from the high raised decking. Just half a mile away is the pretty village of Porthallow, with its quaint harbour setting, shop and pub.
The annexe is situated on the doorstep of many wonderful South West coastal walks in the area, all with awe inspiring views. Slightly further afield you’ll find many popular destinations to visit such as Lands End, Penzance and St Ives, to name but a few. The area is littered with National Trust properties and many attractions such as The National Seal Sanctuary and the National Maritime Museum. The bustling harbour town of Falmouth is easily reached, with plenty of shops and places to eat. The famous Roskilly is located in St Keverne where lunches and evening meals as well as ice creams are served. St Keverne also has a larger choice of shops and pubs serving good food.
This annexe is full of character and provides ONE bedroom: with king-size bed, reached only at one side. Bathroom: with shower (also a steam cabin) and WC. Lounge: with large comfortable seating, feature fireplace with cast iron, coal effect electric stove, flatscreen SkyTV, DVD and additional sofa bed available on request. Dining room: situated in the conservatory overlooking the eclectic garden. Kitchen: small gallery style with fridge/freezer, microwave with combination oven, Aga, additional counter top electric mini cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: large decked area with spectacular sea views and sun loungers, reached via steep ladder style steps. Enclosed garden with garden bench and private access, BBQ provided. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: stone beach, shop and pub 0.5 miles, in the village of Porthallow.
