The living area is open plan with panoramic views over the harbour to Penzance's Promenade and art deco swimming pool and beyond across Mounts Bay to the sandy beaches of Marazion and St Michaels Mount. The living area offers an electric oven, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, wall-mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and dining table. Benefiting from shower/WC, access to the WC is gained through the raised shower basin, with the sink being mounted behind the toilet making full use of this modest space, (please refer to photo).
